Regulation:

The Predicables:

The forth lamentation and writing Ashoura weblogs is going to be hold. In two main part, which are <Post oriented> and <weblog oriented>. This two parts are related to Ashoura and on special part that is titeled: Hosseini rising, Islamic awaking.

a)      Weblog oriented:

In this part the general characteristics and available posts in weblogs will be evaluated by payiny attention to certain indicators and finally the best ones will be elected.

b)      Post oriented

In this part the registered posts of those weblog writers, whose weblogs has the general conditions, will be evaluate.

Finally “the superior posts” will be elected among those weblog.

c)       Special partition “Hosseini rising, Islamic awakening”

In this part the weblogs and competitor posts will be judged separately from the other parts.

This lamentation is going to be hold in two category: Free and Specializad.

1.       Ashoura and Shiite

2.       Ashoura lessons

3.       Writing events and partes of history

4.       Ashoura and waitiny

5.       Customs ceremonies

Rules:

General rules of the company in third Ashoura weblog writers are mentioned as follows:

1.       All of the works of competitors in post oriented part should be a production of weblog writers.

Each type of copy writing will be omitted by referee team.

2.       Sent works only can be edited till Hosseini Arbaeen (24.10.90) and then referees will started their works.

3.        

4.       Each of weblog writers can participate either in all three or in more than one special frame work.

6.       Graphic design

Methods of judgement:

a)      Selected weblogs:

In this part the whole characteristics of weblog will be considered. The main characteristics of evaluation are:

1.       The number of related subjects with topics of lamentation .

2.       Riches of content and depth of the content.

3.       Historical supporting.

4.       Making general effect of weblog and acceptability of the speaker (second person who is absent now).

5.       Proportional framework and its visual beauties.

6.       Creativity of course it is toticable that each of the lines will be considered specialized and separately in different courses by the referee team.

b)      The superior weblog work:

This portion will be judged in two stages. The first stage will consider general characteristics of the weblogs as a necessary condition and those weblog writer works who can get necessary score will enter to the second stage.

General charatristics  of the weblogs are:

1.       Proporational framework and visual beayties.

2.       Creativity

3.       Existenc of at least 5 post which are connected to the topics.

In second stage works of writers will be considered without calculating of the first stage.

c)       Special partition “Hosseini rising, Islamic awaking”.
